Why these pages say what competitors do better
Because a comparison table where the vendor wins every row is an advertisement, and readers discount advertisements entirely. Naming the places another product is genuinely the better buy is what makes the remaining rows worth anything.
The rule is enforced in the source, not left to good intentions: a build-time audit fails if any comparison has no row favouring the competitor, or if too many claims in our favour carry no citation.
